We are looking for an Email Specialist Team Lead to create, validate, and design a strategy for our Email Marketing Campaigns. You will help and guide the customers to get the best results from our campaigns. What You Will Do: Analyze and understand the X factor of our client's products or services to develop creative email templates. Coordinate and work on the processes of the Email Marketing Specialist team. Translate business goals into unique brand and product explanations. Create effective and compelling content for our email strategies. Create different approaches for constant A/B testing. Optimize the performance of email writing via user testing and data validation. Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results.2+ years of Email Marketing content experience. 2+ years of experience in B2B roles. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of Marketing Technologies is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with Advanced English level.
