Overview of the role The Staffing Fronters Consultant position focuses on strategically analyzing the existing pool of vetted candidates to successfully staff IT business opportunities. This role involves acting as a link between Client Services/Sales and the rest of Talent Acquisition, handling daily responsibilities including assessing, selecting, preparing, and presenting candidates, managing the end-to-end vetting process on the client-side, and staffing openings while ensuring both time-to-market and optimal revenue are met. Key responsibilities Successfully handling and filling openings, selecting candidates, and meeting deadlines consistently. Reviewing and filtering the pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines to ensure quality. Reviewing and cleaning openings, keeping them up to date and aligned with business needs. Handling communication with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams effectively.Requirements Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager. Client-Facing Skills: Proven background in client-facing roles and relationship management. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the IT industry and understanding of technology staffing. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach. Business Orientation: Strong business and process orientation with strategic thinking.
