We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to oversee the positioning, identity, and communication of our brand across global markets. You will act as the brand guardian, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our core values and differentiators while driving measurable business outcomes. What You'll Do: Own the brand strategy and drive initiatives that increase brand equity and market share. Develop integrated marketing plans that align with business priorities and seasonal campaigns. Champion brand consistency across all internal and external communications, digital assets, and events. Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and consumer insights research to inform brand decisions. Lead cross-functional teams in the development of product launch and rebranding initiatives. Establish KPIs and reporting cadences to track brand performance and optimize investment.What we are looking for: 4+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within a global or multi-market context. Strong background in consumer insights, market research, and data-driven decision-making. Experience leading product launches and integrated marketing campaigns. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and content marketing. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
