Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design Advanced to Fluent English 2+ years of experience designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform Strong experience with Employee Center, Employee Center Pro, and Service Portal Experience designing user-centric digital experiences and self-service portals Strong knowledge of User Research, Persona Development, and Journey Mapping Experience with Information Architecture, Wireframing, and Prototyping Experience applying design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG) Strong understanding of UX best practices for enterprise applications Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments ? Nice to Have UX Design Certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Experience with Employee Center implementations Experience with Virtual Agent and AI-powered experiences Experience in Digital Workplace Transformation programs Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) initiatives Experience within the Utilities or Energy industry ?? Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end employee experiences across ServiceNow Employee Center, ITSM, and Enterprise Service Management solutions Create user-centered solutions aligned with business objectives and employee needs Define information architecture, navigation structures, and content organization strategies Conduct user research, stakeholder workshops, and persona development activities Create journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Apply ServiceNow Next Experience and Employee Center design best practices Design modern employee portals providing access to IT, HR, Facilities, Knowledge, and Enterprise Services Improve self-service adoption through intuitive and accessible user experiences Optimize search experiences, content discoverability, and portal usability Analyze adoption metrics, user behavior, and usability feedback to drive continuous improvements Simplify service catalog experiences and optimize request workflows Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, ITSM teams, and change management teams to deliver exceptional user experiences ??
