As a Senior Frontend Developer at BairesDev, you will architect and develop sophisticated web applications using React. You'll lead frontend initiatives, mentor junior developers, and create high-performance, scalable user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. What You'll Do: Design and implement advanced, scalable frontend architectures using React and modern web technologies. Lead technical design and architectural decisions for frontend solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's frontend development best practices. Develop complex, high-performance React applications with optimized rendering and state management. Implement advanced state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or modern alternatives. Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure high-quality frontend development.What We Are Looking For: 4+ years of experience with React and frontend development. Strong expertise in React ecosystem and advanced frontend architecture. Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and frontend build tools. Experience with state management, performance optimization, and complex UI development. Advanced knowledge of web performance and optimization techniques. Advanced level of English.
