In this role you will serve as a legal strategist for Brazil, driving complex B2B negotiations, managing regulatory and litigation matters, and directly advising leadership. Spanish is a clear plus /li li Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex, challenging issues in a clear manner to all levels of the organization /li li Ability to work collaboratively across countries /li li Solid judgment and business acumen, particularly in determining the significance of legal issues in the context of business goals, assessing risks/benefits and providing business and legal solutions /li li Enthusiastic, self-motivated and efficient, with strong organizational skills in order to prioritize and manage
