In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Splunk environments while working closely with global teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Splunk administration and support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced support for Splunk platforms and infrastructure. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues. Perform Splunk administration, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades. Analyze logs, events, and system performance to identify and resolve issues. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure service reliability and performance. Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Support incident, problem, and change management processes. Participate in on-call activities when required. Continuously improve monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience supporting and administering Splunk in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of log management, monitoring, and observability solutions. Experience with Linux/Unix environments. Knowledge of networking concepts, security fundamentals, and system administration. Advanced English skills with the ability to participate in meetings and technical discussions. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications Splunk certifications are highly desirable. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.). Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
