What You'll Do: Design and build AI-powered learning tools including copilots, smart content generators, performance support apps, and internal assistants using LLM APIs and no/low-code platforms. Translate performance gaps identified with stakeholders into working prototypes, validated, iterated, and shipped to production within short cycles. Automate repetitive L&D workflows including content creation, assessments, reporting, and onboarding flows using AI, scripts, and integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with area stakeholders to scope high-impact learning problems worth solving with technology. Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards that surface learning impact, completion, and performance metrics in near real-time.What we are looking for: 3+ years of experience in L&D, EdTech, HR Tech, or adjacent fields with a strong tech or product execution component. Demonstrated experience building tools with AI including LLM APIs such as Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic, prompt engineering, and AI integrations. Proficiency with at least one automation or no-code platform such as Pipefy, Notion, or Monday. Data fluency including building dashboards, interpreting usage metrics, and drawing actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in English.
