At CI&T, we help large enterprises transform the potential of AI into real business impact with AI Deployment, AI-native execution, and tech-integrated business solutions.
With 30 years of experience in technological transformation, we accelerate innovation with expertise in Agentic SDLC, Application modernization, Data & AI, Martech and Business strategy.
We are 8,000 CI&Ters across more than 25 countries, collaborating to build solutions with real impact. AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to independently lead complex product design work for a mature B2B operational platform used in healthcare simulation environments.
You will own major workflows from problem framing through delivery, working closely with Product and Engineering to simplify existing UX debt, shape product decisions, and improve consistency across scheduling, resource coordination, role-based permissions, administrative tools, and operational dashboards.
This is a hands-on senior role. You will not only translate requirements into screens. You will challenge assumptions, clarify customer and business needs, explore credible options, make deliberate trade-offs, validate key risks, and follow the work through implementation and measurable outcomes.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end product design for complex workflows or a major product area, from problem framing through implementation and iteration.
Improve a mature B2B platform by identifying UX debt, simplifying workflows, and creating scalable patterns rather than focusing only on new features.
Design constraint-heavy operational experiences, including scheduling flows, role-based permissions, dense data views, tables, filters, forms, multi-step tasks, and administrative surfaces.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, clarify priorities, understand technical constraints, and make deliberate scope and MVP trade-offs.
Use research, prototyping, and validation methods to test important assumptions, reduce product risk, and improve the direction of the solution.
Create clear information architecture, interaction models, responsive behavior, content, states, edge cases, and error-recovery paths.
Apply and extend the design system, reusing existing components where possible and establishing new patterns when there is a clear product need.
Design accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA and work with Engineering to validate accessibility through implementation.
Communicate problems, evidence, decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to cross-functional teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.
Follow work through delivery, review implemented experiences, identify design and accessibility gaps, and support improvements based on evidence.
Contribute to shared standards, critique, documentation, and the effectiveness of the wider Design team.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field. Years alone will not determine seniority.
Evidence of independently leading complex product design work from problem framing through delivery.
Experience working on mature B2B SaaS, enterprise, or operational platforms, including improving existing workflows and addressing UX debt.
A portfolio that clearly explains your individual role, decisions, alternatives considered, trade-offs, collaboration, and impact.
Strong product thinking and the ability to connect customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and design decisions.
Strong interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, content, responsive design, and component thinking.
Experience designing data-rich and constraint-heavy experiences, such as scheduling, permissions, tables, dashboards, forms, and multi-step workflows.
Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and practical experience applying accessibility requirements to product design.
Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering and infl
