Key Responsibilities Act as the primary interface between business partners and our engineering squads. Background in engineering, specifically within full-stack development, with direct coding experience. Deep proficiency in contemporary architectures for web-based applications. Expertise navigating Agile methodologies while collaborating closely with engineering squads. Capability to translate business needs into detailed technical documentation and functional scope. Exceptional aptitude for organizing workflows and determining task priority. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Kanban to drive project execution. Nice to Have Prior engineering expertise utilizing Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript in development environments. Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code. Demonstrated success in launching SaaS platforms or modern web-based digital products. Experience managing direct relationships and project requirements with external business partners.
