This role goes beyond maintaining what already exists: strong it's about designing what doesn't exist yet, whether that's a predictive model, an experiment, or a new way of explaining a business challenge through data. /strong We also expect this person to raise the technical bar of the team, mentoring less experienced analysts and acting as a trusted, senior-level partner to HRBPs and leadership. /p p nbsp; /p p strong Requirements /strong /p ul li Proven experience in People Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytical field, ideally applied to organizational or workforce challenges; /li li Strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and predictive analysis (e.g., turnover prediction, organizational network analysis); /li li Advanced SQL skills for handling large, complex datasets; /li li Solid grounding in statistics and applied methodology — experimental design, hypothesis validation, and model evaluation; /li li Experience translating complex technical findings into narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders, including Leadership and the C-level; /li li Track record of mentoring or providing technical leadership to less experienced analysts; /li li Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English —
