h2 About the Role /h2 p We are looking for a Lead Field Marketing strong individual contributor /strong to join VTEX Brazil, with a primary focus on the B2C segment. /p p In this role, you will be responsible for turning marketing strategy into strong execution, building relationships, generating demand, connecting different audiences, and strengthening VTEX’s presence in the market. /p p You will plan and execute the B2C Field Marketing strategy, including proprietary and third-party events, content initiatives, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations. You will also support demand generation and customer acquisition initiatives, creating campaigns and narratives that make our products, solutions, and market trends clear and relevant to different audiences. /p p Your responsibilities will include: /p ul li Planning and executing the Field Marketing strategy for the B2C segment. /li li Leading the planning and delivery of proprietary and third-party events. /li li Developing content, communication, and relationship initiatives that strengthen the VTEX brand. /li li Supporting demand generation and new customer acquisition initiatives. /li li Building and managing relationships with customers, prospects, partners, promoters, and detractors. /li li Identifying, negotiating, and managing sponsorships, partnerships, and strategic activations. /li li Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and ecosystem partners to drive business results. /li li Creating campaigns and narratives that translate products, solutions, and market trends into simple and relevant messages. /li li Using Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity, content creation, planning, and execution. /li /ul p For this position, you are required to attend the São Paulo office four days a week, from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. /p h2 About the Team /h2 p You will join the VTEX Brazil Field Marketing team and work closely with multiple internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other Marketing functions. /p p The role is highly collaborative and has frequent interaction with customers, prospects, partners, suppliers, and other members of the VTEX ecosystem.
