The Wildlife team is a collection of world-class talent, a team focused on synergy, collaboration, and growing strong together. /p p Our Visual Designers work on finding solutions to complex systems with a focus on visual clarity and design cohesiveness. The Visual Designers collaborate with artists, Product Managers, Engineering and creative leaders to establish the first and most important point of contact with the players, the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). They also help build and maintain a solid visual identity for our IPs inside and outside our games. /p p We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture. The right person for this position is curious by nature, and comfortable in a take the initiative environment, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business. nbsp; /p h1 strong What you'll do /strong /h1 ul li Craft: You will create the design of all elements related to user interfaces, including: menus, Illustrations, HUD, pop-ups, key visuals, UI style guides, Design System; you will also develop the UX of our games, including: prototypes, wireframe and mockups. /li li Collaboration: You will work closely with Art Directors to help establish a cohesive look for our games. You will also work with various other disciplines such as Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to deliver user-friendly experiences to our players. /li li Game Developer Mindset: You will create and implement optimized design assets with your understanding of how players experience content while working under tight deadlines. /li li Problem Solving: You will have the opportunity to work on different projects and use your skills to solve problems related to Visual Design and connected areas. /li li Communication: You will use your excellent communication skills in a collaborative and diverse work environment. /li li Branding: Support additional designs for game specific branding inside and outside the game. /li /ul h1 strong What you'll need /strong /h1 ul li Experience as a Visual Designer, UI Artist, UX/UI Designer or similar role. /li li Good oral and written communication skills in English. /li li A resume and an online portfolio showcasing your work. /li li Availability for hybrid work /li /ul h1 strong Nice to Have /strong /h1 ul li You have experience working in games; especially mobile titles /li li You have affinity with First-Person Shooter games /li li You know your way around at least one game engine (especially Unity) and understand the various parts of the game development pipeline. /li li You own a basic knowledge of motion graphics, illustration and 3d asset creation. /li /ul h1 strong More about you /strong /h1 ul li Craft Knowledge: You use your knowledge and taste in composition, colors, layout, and typography to create high quality design assets such features, menus, buttons, icons, etc. You also have experience building and maintaining Design System, Style Guides and Libraries. /li li Team Player: You are a self-motivated team player who proactively seeks feedback and shares knowledge. /li li Multidisciplinary: You are a visual designer with a multidisciplinary approach, you have illustration and UX design. /li li Visual Presentation: You care about presentation, you have an online portfolio with proven experience designing interfaces for products on mobile platforms.
