Senior Product Manager, Content Management

h2 ABOUT THE ROLE /h2 p VTEX is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the future of Content Management across our Commerce Platform. /p p This role is for product builders. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just write specs and manage roadmaps, but someone who actively uses modern AI tools, rapid prototyping techniques, and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, validation, and execution. /p p As the Product Manager for CMS, you will shape how brands, marketers, developers, and AI systems create, manage, and deliver digital experiences on VTEX. You will be responsible for defining the next generation of content management capabilities, helping customers move faster from idea to production while maintaining the flexibility and performance required by enterprise commerce. You will work at the intersection of commerce, content, AI, developer experience, and user experience. nbsp; /p p Success in this role requires strong product judgment, technical curiosity, and a passion for building. We expect you to be comfortable turning ideas into working prototypes, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Spec Kit, AI coding assistants, agents, MCP-based workflows, and other emerging technologies to validate solutions. /p p This is a role for someone who believes the future of product management is increasingly hands-on and AI-native. /p h2 ABOUT THE TEAM /h2 p The CMS team owns the systems that power content creation, collaboration, and delivery across storefronts. We value builders who are excited to challenge assumptions, prototype new ideas quickly, and leverage technology to create meaningful advantages for our customers. /p h2 WHAT YOU WILL DO /h2 ul li Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for VTEX CMS. /li li Identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve content creation, management, personalization, governance, and delivery. /li li Work closely with engineering and design to build best-in-class content management experiences for enterprise commerce. /li li Rapidly validate ideas through prototypes, proofs of concept, and experimentation. /li li Leverage modern AI development workflows and tools to accelerate product discovery, specification, and validation. /li li Partner with customers to deeply understand content operations, publishing workflows, developer needs, and business challenges. /li li Drive product decisions through a combination of customer insights, market research, experimentation, and data analysis. /li li Collaborate with platform teams to ensure CMS capabilities integrate seamlessly with storefront, search, merchandising, and commerce services. /li li Stay at the forefront of AI, developer tooling, content management, and digital experience trends, identifying opportunities that create durable competitive advantages. /li li Define clear success metrics and continuously measure product impact, adoption, and customer outcomes. /li li Influence product direction across multiple teams and contribute to VTEX’s broader platform strategy. /li /ul h2 WHO YOU ARE /h2 p Builder First /p ul li You are passionate about building products and turning ideas into reality. /li li You regularly use AI tools to accelerate your work and are excited about the future of AI-native product development. /li li You are comfortable creating prototypes, workflows, mock implementations, or technical proofs of concept yourself.
