h2 About the Role /h2 p We are seeking a strong Commercial Negotiation Specialist /strong to oversee and streamline our commercial nbsp; review and management processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all commercial contracts are reviewed efficiently, risks are identified and escalated, and internal stakeholders are supported with clear guidance and tools. This role will report to the company’s Global Commercial nbsp; Strategy Leader, also located in Brazil, and serve as the primary point of contact for business-related commercial nbsp; matters globally. br br The ideal candidate has strong experience in pricing and deal desk, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance legal risk with business priorities. nbsp; nbsp; /p p strong In this role, you will: /strong /p ul li Own and drive pricing strategy and deal structuring, ensuring alignment with company goals, margins, and market positioning. /li li Review and approve commercial proposals, validating pricing, discounts, and contract terms in line with internal policies. /li li Lead renewals and renegotiations, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue, improve contract terms, and increase customer lifetime value. /li li Act as a key partner to Sales, supporting complex deals with financial modeling, scenario building, and strategic guidance. /li li Manage the deal approval process end-to-end, including intake, validation, stakeholder alignment, and final sign-off. /li li Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals are structured efficiently and executed smoothly. /li li Support the development and optimization of pricing guidelines, approval workflows, and internal tools. /li /ul p span style= text-decoration: underline; strong *For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday. /strong /span /p h2 Who you are /h2 div ul li Background in Business, Finance, Economics,, or a related field (ecommerce/ SaaS background is a plus). /li li With excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills in English. /li li With advanced proficiency in English.
