We are guided by the motto #TamoJunto, which is translated into four key pillars: Shape Tomorrow, Evolve Fast, Make It Happen, and Unlock The World. /p p If you want to be part of a global company with accelerated growth that is transforming the future of digital payments, EBANX is the place. /p p nbsp; /p h2 What your day-to-day will look like /h2 p strong Daily Operations: /strong Update daily balances and bank statements; execute Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) and Treasury routines under supervision. /p p strong Systems amp; Processes: /strong Perform uploads and standardized routines (SAP, files, reports, and support to other teams); manage your own banking access permissions. /p p strong Month-End Closing: /strong Support monthly closing activities by preparing datasets and posting entries in ERP/SAP. /p p strong Documentation amp; Compliance: /strong Organize and archive supporting documentation for account openings and operations; prepare documentation for compliance and audit purposes. /p p strong Reporting amp; Controls: /strong Update cash flow control spreadsheets and basic KPI reports; support vendor registration processes. /p p strong Continuous Improvement: /strong Execute existing automations, report system instabilities, and proactively seek improvements for team processes. /p p nbsp; /p h2 What you need to shine in this role /h2 ul li Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. /li li Previous experience in regional or global environments. /li li Knowledge of SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and project management tools. /li li Experience in fintechs, payment companies, or technology-driven organizations. /li li Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and automation tools applied to productivity, data analysis, and process optimization. /li li Ability to use specialized tools for data analysis and visualization in medium-complexity tasks. /li li Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.). /li li Languages: intermediate English and Spanish. /li li Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities; attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume tasks (high precision in reconciliations). /li li Execution-oriented mindset, critical thinking, proactive learning attitude, and problem-solving skills. Curiosity to learn about the payments market. /li li Communication amp; Growth: openness to feedback and proactive attitude to understand the “why” behind routine tasks.
