You will bridge business and technology, ensuring flawless execution, exceptional customer experience, and seamless collaboration across multiple internal teams while delivering tailored payment solutions. /p h2 strong What your day-to-day will look like /strong /h2 ul data-spread= false li Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic integration projects, providing a white-glove experience for key merchants and ensuring successful project execution from kickoff to go-live. /li li Define, document, and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for API and payment integration initiatives. /li li Act as the primary point of coordination between Engineering, Product, Compliance, Tax, Commercial teams, and Merchants, driving alignment and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. /li li Work closely with Solution Architects and technical teams to coordinate API specifications, SDKs, credentials, testing, and custom technical requirements. /li li Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, leading governance ceremonies and ensuring timely escalation and mitigation. /li li Coordinate go-live readiness, including monitoring, alerting, validation checklists, and rollout plans, while partnering with Technical Account Managers to ensure post-launch success. /li li Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-project reviews, identifying delivery bottlenecks, and enhancing implementation playbooks, templates, and operational processes. /li li Provide regular portfolio updates and executive-level reporting to internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility into project health, priorities, and business impact. /li /ul h2 strong What you need to shine in this role /strong /h2 ul data-spread= false li Proven experience managing complex technical integration, implementation, or product delivery projects in fast-paced technology, fintech, SaaS, or payments environments. /li li Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. /li li Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and engaging with executive-level customers. /li li Strong technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, system integrations, and technical documentation, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. /li li Experience designing or supporting tailored technical solutions that address customer business needs. /li li Strong a
