You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing strategies to improve critical capabilities such as Network Token, Card-on-File, Account Updater, and 3DS, while maintaining operational excellence across multiple markets. /p p Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Commercial teams, and external partners, you will leverage data and analytical insights to optimize authorization rates, strengthen redundancy strategies across countries and providers, and drive discovery initiatives that unlock new opportunities to improve payment performance and merchant experience. /p p This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and combining analytical thinking with product strategy to continuously enhance the performance and scalability of a global payments ecosystem. /p p nbsp; /p h3 strong What your day-to-day will look like /strong /h3 ul li Own and continuously improve card performance capabilities such as Network Token, Card-on-File, Account Updater, 3DS, and other products that impact authorization rates and merchant experience. /li li Analyze payment performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and drive data-driven initiatives to improve conversion, reliability, and operational excellence across multiple markets. /li li Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Commercial teams, and external partners to investigate issues, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that enhance payment performance. /li li Lead discovery initiatives and evaluate new technologies, providers, and strategies to increase approval rates, strengthen redundancy between countries and partners, and expand our product capabilities. /li li Establish and maintain monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and processes that ensure continuous optimization and scalability of the payments ecosystem. /li li Stay up to date with industry trends and payment technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and aligned with market best practices. /li /ul p nbsp; /p h3 strong What you need to shine in this role /strong /h3 ul li Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field. /li li Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into product decisions. /li li Experien
