In this role, you will combine strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and data-driven decision-making to ensure our payment operations are not only stable, but a true competitive advantage. br You will act as a key technical and analytical reference, leveraging data, automation, and advanced analytics to continuously improve performance, optimize payment flows, and enhance the merchant experience. /p p class= p1 nbsp; /p p nbsp; /p div strong What your day-to-day will look like /strong br br strong • Operational amp; Performance Ownership /strong br Own the end-to-end operational health of key payment partners in Mexico, focusing on Cards and Alternative Payment Methods. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as approval rates, latency, transaction quality, settlement accuracy, and partner performance. br strong • Technical amp; Analytical Point of Contact /strong br Act as the main interface between EBANX and partner technical teams, supporting integrations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization with a strong technical and data-oriented mindset. br strong • Data-Driven Optimization /strong br Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Propose and implement improvements in payment flows, routing logic, retries, and operational processes to increase approval rates and efficiency. br strong • Advanced Analytics amp; AI (Plus) /strong br Apply (or support the application of) advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven approaches to improve payment performance, anomaly detection, fraud signals, and operational efficiency. br strong • Partner Performance amp; Continuous Improvement /strong br Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes with partners and internal teams, ensuring structured follow-ups and implementation of preventive actions based on data insights. br strong • KPI Ownership amp; Data Visualization /strong br Define, track, and own key operational KPIs.
