This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who is analytical, organized and comfortable navigating ambiguity across multiple workstreams simultaneously. /p p In partnership with the leader, the ebanker will be responsible for bringing rigor, structure and execution quality to the day-to-day, ensuring projects move forward, insights are well-packaged and stakeholders are kept aligned. /p ul li p strong Project Execution amp; Orchestration /strong /p ul li Support the orchestration of key cross-functional initiatives led by the CRO, tracking progress and flagging blockers /li li Maintain project documentation, status updates and follow-up logs across active workstreams /li li Coordinate with internal stakeholders — Sales, Finance, Product, FP amp;A — to ensure alignment and pace /li /ul br p strong Analysis amp; Insights /strong /p ul li Conduct ad-hoc commercial and financial analysis to support strategic decisions /li li Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide structured visibility on key initiatives and revenue metrics /li li Research market trends, competitive dynamics and internal data to feed monetization and growth projects /li /ul br p strong Executive Support /strong /p ul li Help prepare materials for CRO-level and C-suite audiences — clear, structured and insight-driven /li li Synthesize inputs from multiple sources into concise, decision-ready outputs /li /ul /li /ul hr data-start= 1732 data-end= 1735 h2 data-start= 1737 data-end= 1775 What you need to shine in this role /h2 ul data-start= 1776 data-end= 2164 li data-start= 1776 data-end= 1834 p strong Required /strong /p ul li 2–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, revenue operations or a similar analytical role /li li Strong analytical skills — comfortable with financial models, data manipulation and drawing conclusions from complex datasets /li li Excellent organizational skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail or pace /li li Clear and structured communication, written and verbal, in both Portuguese and English /li li Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus /li li Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with senior stakeholders /li /ul p data-start= 1778 data-end= 1834 nbsp; /p p strong Nice to Have /strong /p ul li Exposure to payments, fintech or marketplace businesses /li li Experience with Salesforce, SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and mainly AI tools /li li Familiarity with PMO methodologies or project tracking tools (Monday.com, Notion, Asana) /li /ul /li /ul hr data-start= 2447 data-end= 2450 h2 data-start= 24
