Your contributions will help shape a healthier, more balanced world for you and millions of people globally. nbsp; /p p strong Join us in redefining the future of wellbeing! /strong /p p nbsp; /p p strong THE OPPORTUNITY /strong /p p We’re looking for a strategic and growth-oriented strong Wellbeing Engagement Growth Manager /strong (Planner) to join our strong Revenue /strong team! /p p Reporting to the Wellbeing Engagement Leader in T0 amp;1, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing engagement strategies that drive employee adoption, subscription growth, and long-term wellbeing engagement across Wellhub’s client portfolio. In this role, you will move beyond campaign execution to become a strategic partner in driving employee engagement and wellbeing adoption. You will shape portfolio-level strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and define the most effective approaches to connect employees with the value of Wellhub. Combining data, behavioral insights, technology, and AI-powered solutions, you will recommend and scale initiatives ranging from communication campaigns and employee experiences to engagement programs and strategic projects, always focused on expanding reach, increasing adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes. /p p strong YOUR IMPACT /strong /p ul li style= color: rgb(0, 0, 0); span style= color: rgb(0, 0, 0); Strategic Portfolio Planning: Own the engagement strategy for assigned client portfolios, identifying opportunities to increase employee reach, adoption, and subscription performance. Translate business objectives, client needs, and market insights into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes and sustainable growth. /span /li li style= color: rgb(0, 0, 0); span style= color: rgb(0, 0, 0); Audience amp; Lifecycle Strategy: Design audience segmentation and lifecycle frameworks that improve communication effectiveness and support employees throughout their wellbeing journey. Ensure engagement strategies are relevant, scalable, and aligned with the needs of diverse employee populations. /span /li li style= color: rgb(0, 0, 0); span style= color: rgb(0, 0, 0); Scalable Solutions amp; Enablement: Develop scalable engagement models, playbooks, and self-service resources that empower HR teams and internal stakeholders to drive engagement independently.
