The strong Partners Acquisition /strong team specifically owns the critical entry point of this ecosystem: the entire acquisition journey (self-sign-up funnels, referral systems, automated content setup, and system activation). Our ultimate goal is to drastically reduce time-to-market for new partners globally. strong To achieve this, we are a heavily data-informed squad that runs multiple parallel A/B tests to optimize every step of our conversion funnel. /strong /p p nbsp; /p p strong YOUR IMPACT /strong /p ul li strong Accelerate Global Onboarding: /strong Lead the delivery of a highly optimized, high-conversion self-service product that eliminates onboarding friction for new B2B partners. /li li strong Scale our Experimentation Engine: /strong Architect and oversee a robust experimentation setup using strong Growthbook /strong , enabling the team to safely run complex, parallel A/B tests across our frontend and backend ecosystems without compromising system performance or code quality. /li li strong Lead a Blended Architecture: /strong Successfully manage and architect a diverse ecosystem that seamlessly connects high-traffic frontend apps (Tanstack/React/TS) and backend services (Kotlin/AWS) with our core CRM/ERP data workflows (Salesforce). /li li strong Champion Engineering Excellence amp; AI: /strong Establish modern SDLC standards, mandating and driving the adoption of AI-assisted development tools for faster coding, automated reviews, and testing. /li li strong Empower a Cross-Functional Team: /strong Foster a high-performance culture across a hybrid squad of 6 engineers (4 Frontend, 2 Backend). /li /ul p strong WHO YOU ARE /strong /p ul li strong Proven Technical Leadership: /strong Experience managing or leading cross-functional engineering teams in high-growth environments. /li li strong Experimentation amp; Growth Mindset: /strong Deep practical experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation feature-flagging tools (ideally strong Growthbook /strong , LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar). You understand how to build systems for rapid telemetry and tracking. /li li strong Hands-on amp; Architecturally Sound: /strong You still love to code, review pull requests, and can confidently architect scalable systems. Proficient in strong Kotlin (or Java), AWS, React, and TypeScript /strong . /li li strong Distributed Systems Expert: /strong You have extensive experience navigating strong Microservices /strong and strong Micro-frontend /strong architectures at scale. /li li strong AI-First Mindset: /strong Actively uses and promotes AI best practices (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost team velocity. /li li strong Strategic Communica
