You will be at the heart of our commitment to integrity, working closely with HR, Legal, and leadership teams to safeguard our culture. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on professional to balance technical rigor with common sense, solving real-world problems while driving ethical standards across our Brazilian operations. /p p strong YOUR IMPACT /strong /p ul li strong Conduct and lead internal investigations /strong regarding potential policy violations, ethical concerns, and conflicts of interest, ensuring a fair and thorough process. /li li strong Partner with HR teams /strong to provide technical guidance on compliance cases, delivering clear recommendations and ensuring all documentation meets high standards. /li li strong Design and facilitate training programs /strong focused on ethics, the Code of Conduct, and whistleblowing channels for diverse audiences. /li li strong Draft and revise internal policies /strong , ensuring constant alignment between Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and our global corporate guidelines. /li li strong Support Employee Relations initiatives /strong , including the monitoring of union-related matters and labor relations. /li li strong Collaborate with global compliance teams /strong to implement process improvements and align local practices with international standards. /li li strong Leverage AI tools and GRC technology /strong to increase operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights through case management dashboards. /li li strong Roll up your sleeves and help when needed /strong , maintaining an agile approach to problem-solving. /li li strong Live the mission /strong : inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness. /li /ul p strong WHO YOU ARE /strong /p ul li A legally or administratively minded professional with a degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or a related field. /li li An experienced Compliance or ER specialist with a solid track record in internal investigations and labor relations. /li li A subject matter expert in Brazilian Labor Law (CLT), capable of translating complex regulations into practical business advice. /li li A skilled communicator and trainer who is fluent in English (Intermediate to Advanced) and comfortable presenting ethics topics to various stakeholders. /li li An analytical thinker with high attention to detail and experience managing sensitive cases via GRC tools or whistleblowing channels. /li li A tech-savvy collaborator who is eager to embrace AI tools to optimize daily workflows and manage conflict-of-interest disclosu
