This is an individual contributor role focused on making sure our growth is scalable and results-driven: removing the operational friction that slows us down, identifying the conversion levers that move the needle, and building the systems that turn both into durable, compounding gains. /p p This person will be responsible for two things: identifying where results are being left on the table, and building the systems that capture them. That means diagnosing conversion drop-offs and operational inefficiencies across our 3P Ops verticals and translating those diagnoses into concrete solutions: dashboards, automated workflows, structured processes, and scalable systems. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical thinking with hands-on execution — not just identifying what's wrong, but building and deploying the solution. /p p strong Responsibilities /strong /p p strong Operational Strategy amp; Execution /strong /p ul li Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes that support business scalability and customer success. /li li Own critical workflows across service delivery, client support, and internal operations—driving efficiency, quality, and innovation. /li li Balance immediate execution needs with long-term infrastructure planning to enable sustainable growth. /li li Own the analytical understanding of our key operational funnels — identifying where volume, velocity, or quality are being lost across the full partner journey /li /ul p strong Process Design amp; Improvement /strong /p ul li Map current-state processes end-to-end; identify inefficiency, redundancy, and manual effort that can be eliminated or automated. /li li Build or coordinate the build of automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve consistency — leveraging tools like Python, SQL, no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, or AI tooling as appropriate. /li li Prioritize improvements based on operational impact and implementation feasibility. /li li Partner with Product and Tech when solutions require engineering support /li /ul p strong Cross-Functional Collaboration /strong /p ul li Work closely with Product, Tech, Commercial, and BizOps teams
