We are looking for a strong Staff Mobile Engineer /strong with solid experience to join the Mobile Platform team — a cross-impact engineering team responsible for building and maintaining the core infrastructure of the mobile application, optimizing our performance, and enabling product teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences. /p h2 style= text-align: justify; strong What We’re Looking For /strong /h2 p style= text-align: justify; strong Must Have: /strong /p ul style= text-align: justify; li Proven and solid experience in technical development of mobile applications at a strategic leadership level. /li li Strong technical background with strong Flutter /strong and/or strong native mobile development /strong (Android/iOS). /li li Solid understanding of mobile software engineering principles, architectural patterns, and modularization strategies. /li li strong Experience with Server nbsp;Driven nbsp;- nbsp;UI, /strong performance optimization, dependency injection, and migration of core systems. /li li Knowledge of mobile observability, monitoring, and debugging tools. /li li Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. /li li Track record of delivering results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. /li /ul p style= text-align: justify; strong Nice to Have: /strong /p ul style= text-align: justify; li Experience with backend technologies
