This is a hands-on engineering role: you will develop features, build automations, and act as the DevOps backbone for our MDM and inventory platforms. /p p Because you'll be based in Mexico City and will know these systems better than anyone on the ground, you'll also be the natural technical reference when regulatory conversations arise. /p h3 strong You'll be responsible for /strong /h3 p strong Platform Engineering amp; Development /strong /p ul li strong Own EE platforms in Mexico: /strong Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Endpoint Engineering platforms that power the device lifecycle in MX (e.g., strong Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager/ADE, SnipeIT/Jira Assets, Assets inventory ecosystem, Zero Touch tooling, internal APIs /strong ). /li li strong Build features amp; integrations: /strong Design and implement strong features, APIs, and data flows /strong that connect MDM, inventory, Jira Service Management, NuEx App, vendor systems, and other internal platforms. /li li strong Automation amp; self-service: /strong Create strong automations and self-service experiences /strong that eliminate manual work, reduce ticket load, and increase reliability for onboarding, replacements, and everyday device workflows. /li li strong DevOps ownership: /strong Act as the strong DevOps owner /strong for these platforms in MX: manage infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible/Puppet or similar), CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, observability, and incident hooks. /li li strong Metrics amp; outcomes: /strong Define and track key strong platform and experience metrics /strong (e.g., ZTD success rate, Time-to-Productivity, ticket deflection, inventory correctness, audit readiness) and iterate based on data. /li /ul p strong Operational Ownership /strong /p ul li strong Day-to-day operations in MX: /strong Be the technical owner of the strong daily health, performance, and SLOs /strong of Endpoint Engineering platforms and device fleets in Mexico. /li li strong Incidents amp; on-call: /strong Lead strong incident response /strong within the MX scope for EE platforms, coordinate with the global on-call rotation, and drive high-quality post-mortems and follow-ups. /li li strong Lifecycle runbooks: /strong Maintain and continuously improve strong runbooks and documentation /strong for key device lifecycle journeys: onboarding, day-to-day support, replacements, offboarding, and strong panic/lost-stolen /strong flows. /li li strong Cross-team execution: /strong Partner closely with strong TechCenter, Global Security Operations, Global Services Platforms, REWS, Finance, and HR /strong to ensure asset lifecycle processes are executed consistently and safely. /li li strong Operational excellence: /strong Proactively analyze observability signals (logs, metrics, alerts) to identify risks, bottlenecks, an
