Our goal is to eliminate manual toil through automation and leverage AI to make financial insights instantaneous and actionable. /p p strong You will be responsible for /strong /p ul li strong Regulatory Reporting: /strong Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex regulatory reports, ensuring total accuracy and compliance with local central bank and financial authority requirements. /li li strong Data Pipeline Engineering: /strong Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that transform raw product data into high-integrity financial datasets. /li li strong Process Automation: /strong Identify manual bottlenecks within Finance and develop automated workflows to increase speed and reduce operational risk. /li li strong Product Deep-Dives: /strong Develop a profound understanding of our financial products (Credit Cards, Accounts, Loans) to ensure data reflects the true economic reality of the business. /li li strong AI Implementation: /strong Explore and implement AI solutions to optimize financial reconciliation, anomaly detection, and report generation. /li li strong Stakeholder Collaboration: /strong Partner with Engineering, Product, and Risk teams to map data sources and ensure financial data integrity across the entire ecosystem. /li /ul p strong We are looking for a person who has /strong /p ul li strong Analytical Power: /strong Strong skills in translating complex financial data into clear business insights. /li li strong Technical Stack: /strong Proficiency in strong SQL /strong , strong Python /strong , and/or strong Scala /strong .
