Info on the Account Executive (Strategic Accounts & Partnerships)
We are looking for a strategic, consultative, and results-driven Account Executive to act as a trusted partner to our most important North American clients and strategic partners. In this role, you will directly support the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer in driving new sales, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening Ubiminds’ ecosystem of strategic partners across advisory, consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service engagements.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role focused on accelerating revenue growth through consultative selling, account expansion, and partner collaboration. You will own the full client and partner lifecycle — from identifying new business opportunities and shaping partnership strategies to delivering Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Partner Business Reviews (PBRs) that reinforce Ubiminds’ position as a premier nearshore provider of Advisory, Consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service solutions.
You will play a key role in building long-term partnerships that generate mutual value, strengthen go-to-market collaboration, and expand our presence within strategic accounts and partner ecosystems.
What You’ll Do as Account Executive at Ubiminds
Strategic Account Leadership & Growth
Partner directly with the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer to develop and execute account strategies aligned with client business goals and long-term growth opportunities.
Drive revenue growth through proactive new business development, upselling, renewals, and scope expansion across advisory, consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service engagements.
Identify and close new opportunities within existing clients, positioning Ubiminds as a strategic partner capable of delivering high-value consulting and nearshore solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align client needs with Ubiminds’ advisory capabilities, delivery expertise, and long-term partnership strategy.
Client Excellence & Advisory Partnership Management
Establish and monitor strategic KPIs aligned with advisory and consulting engagements, ensuring measurable value delivery to clients.
Lead the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting strategic insights, value delivered, and opportunities for expansion.
Strengthen executive relationships with client stakeholders, reinforcing Ubiminds’ positioning as a consultative and trusted advisor.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client satisfaction, long-term retention, and partnership value.
Strategic Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the relationship owner for assigned strategic partners, including nearshore talent partners, technology partners, and ecosystem collaborators.
Align partner initiatives with Ubiminds’ go-to-market strategy, identifying opportunities for co-selling, joint solution development, and mutual growth.
Collaborate with partners to develop integrated offerings that strengthen Ubiminds’ advisory and consulting value proposition.
Lead partner business reviews (PBRs), presenting insights on joint performance, value delivered, and opportunities for partnership expansion.
Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners that strengthen Ubiminds’ ecosystem and expand our ability to serve North American clients.
Track and monitor partner-related KPIs such as joint revenue contribution, partner satisfaction, and co-selling effectiveness.
Contract & Partnership Oversight
Manage and oversee partner and client agreements (MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and partnership addendums) in collaboration with legal and operations teams.
