This role manages defined transfer & conversion initiatives from planning through stabilization, ensuring accurate execution, policy conversion, and minimal disruption. The role operates within established guidelines and does not own underwriting, pricing, or long-term portfolio profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesBook Transfer & Conversion ExecutionManage and executes assigned agency book transfer and conversion initiativesExecute conversion timelines and sequencing for assigned booksSupports and executes conversion of transferred quotes into bound policiesAgent Partnership & Change ManagementAct as a primary point of contact for agencies during assigned conversionsProvide guidance on conversion steps, workflows, and documentationEscalate issues or risks as neededRetention & Portfolio OptimizationMonitor conversion progress and quote-to-policy outcomesSupport retention efforts during carrier transitionsIdentify conversion challenges and recommend corrective actionsCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Technology teamsSupport data migration, policy issuance, and renewal timing activitiesData, Reporting & Risk OversightTrack conversion metrics for assigned initiativesMaintain accurate reporting and provide status updatesFlag risks or performance issuesRequired QualificationsExperience working with independent agencies or agency operationsWorking knowledge of P&C insurance productsAbility to sell and ov
