In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to ensure accurate, on-time payroll for our hospitality clients while delivering excellent, clear support through our payroll inbox.Hours: UK business hoursWhat you’ll be doing:Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll for hospitality businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK payroll legislation.Payroll Inbox: Manage and respond to queries from employees and clients via the payroll inbox, covering pay calculations, tax deductions, pension contributions, and related matters.Compliance: Ensure all processing is carried out in line with current UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for each client.Escalation: Identify and escalate more complex payroll queries to senior team members where needed.Ad Hoc Support: Assist with other payroll tasks and projects as required.What you’ll bring:Ess
