This role will involve performing financial operations, ensuring compliance with German accounting standards, and supporting the team as we continue to scale.Key Responsibilities:Perform day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processingAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements preparation in accordance with HGBSupport during the statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax and legal regulationsSupport on implementing ERP system and setting up new projects and flows from scratch onCollaborate cross-functionally to support other departments with financial insightsRequirements:Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3+ years of relevant work experience in GL-accountingStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on mentalityProcess driven and excited about setting up new projects and flows from scratch onSolid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), experience with Oracle Netsuite is a plusExperience in e-commerce is a plusFluent in English, German/Italian/French/Spanish are a plusWhat We OfferDynamic Environment: The opportunity to work in a start-up environment surrounded by a passionate and dedicated team.Accelerate Your Career: Take on responsi
