Corporates across the globe are no longer just reporting on sustainability; they are actively investing in it as a core financial and strategic asset.At CEEZER, we are architecting the infrastructure for enterprise-grade Climate Performance Asset management, transforming how the world's largest companies source and manage carbon credits, Energy Attribution Certificates (EAC), and Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificates (SAFc).Our platform gives the world's most ambitious enterprises the data-driven precision, real-time monitoring, and framework-compliant reporting required to confidently deploy capital toward high-impact Climate Performance Asset portfolios and true, measurable climate action.We are looking for a highly motivated Director/VP of Product (f/d/m). You will report directly to company leadership, lead a small and senior product team, and work hand in hand with our SVP Tech in a collaborative, fast-moving, VC-funded startup.Our revenue is concentrated in a small number of large, long-term commitments. What we sell is certainty: that a portfolio we design today still holds in five years. The platform is how that promise stays credible as the number of deals grows faster than the team. Owning whether that holds is the job.Your missionOwn our product strategy and hold it against the business: where we win, where we lose, where margin can grow and where we can run more efficiently, tested against deal data, RFP outcomes, customer conversations and delivery obligations, and revised when the evidence says otherwise.Act as a strategic counterpart to our leadership team on commercial mechanics: what drives revenue, how spread and gross margin actually behave, and what is really behind renewal and retention.Lead and develop our product team across product management and design, from mid-level to principal.
