The position determines coverage, liability, and damages, and adjusts and negotiates claims within established authority levels. The role also includes handling injury claims within our Initial Handler Bodily Injury (IHBI) Casualty Unit.We are seeking an experienced Unrepresented Bodily Injury Consultant who is preferably located within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated claims professional with strong time management skills and the ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload while working independently. Effectively evaluate liability, investigate coverage, and drive claims to resolution. Successful candidates will have experience handling casualty injury claims, conducting thorough coverage investigations, negotiating settlements, and maintaining full ownership of claims throughout the life cycle.Experience managing unrepresented bodily injury claims in Texas and Louisiana is highly preferred.
