Role Overview We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition & People Operations Partner to own full-cycle recruitment and help shape the employee experience from offer through the first 180 days. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building strong hiring partnerships, creating thoughtful candidate and new hire experiences, and improving how People processes work as the organization grows. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional recruiting. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across teams and regions, guide clear and effective hiring processes, and ensure every candidate and new team member experiences Progyny Global as organized, intentional, and people-centered from the very first interaction. Reporting to the Senior Lead, Global People & Culture, you’ll have the autonomy to make day-to-day decisions, solve problems, and continuously improve the systems, documentation, and workflows that support hiring and employee lifecycle activities.
