This is a player-coach role with your time split roughly 50/50. Half of it goes on leading and coaching a team of 3 Account Managers, and half on managing your own portfolio of dealer groups. You'll report into the Franchise Account Management Manager and be measured on hitting revenue and retention targets across both your team and your own portfolio.This role is based in our London office three days a week, with travel to dealer partners as needed. WHAT YOU'LL DOLeading the team: Coach and develop a team of 3 Account Managers through daily coaching, weekly 1-1s, call shadowing and regular feedback, helping each of them hit their targets and grow in their careers.Support your team with their day-to-day activity. Help them prioritise, prepare for key dealer conversations and work through challenges as they come up.Take ownership of your team's revenue and retention performance. Spot risks early and step in where accounts need support.Act as the first escalation point for your team on complex dea
