As a Senior Operations Manager, you would be responsible for: Designing, documenting, and continuously improving scalable operational processes, workflows, and controls. Leading cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, quality, and performance. Analyzing operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
