Additionally, Benefit Advisors may have some opportunity with some IFP (Individual & Family plans) and Ancillary Product Sales through consultative selling on plan options.Make a Difference!As a Medicare Benefit Advisor, you'll utilize your in-depth Medicare knowledge and sales skills to consult retired seniors on the most beneficial Medicare Life and Health Plans that best suit their specific needs. Grow your sales career through comprehensive training and on-the-job learning opportunities with a competitive salary.Key Responsibilities Receives inbound calls from customers who have questions on health insurance options in 20-50 states Assists with escalated customer issues Provides a positive customer experience with excellent customer satisfaction Meets sales and productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis Updates customer file in CRM with summary of interaction Maintains responsibility to act as a member of the management team to facilitate call center opening/closing procedures as needed for Aspire Carrier Team Makes outbound sales calls on a variety of sales campaigns Recommend
