About the RoleThis role manages a portfolio of global brands within Uber Eats Japan. Your day-to-day will range from deep strategic planning and execution to managing executional tasks that ensure the strong growth and success of our largest brand partners.What You'll DoBuild and execute brand-level strategies to drive outsized growth for both the brand and UberWork with cross-functional stakeholders to negotiate strong outcomes that support brand growthCollaborate with global brand owners to understand best practices and execute for the Japan marketBuild an external network within your brands from working level to C-level to influence outcomes and strategyBasic QualificationsStrong stakeholder management skills with experience navigating complex, matrixed organizationsProven negotiation ability with a track record of securing favorable commercial outcomesExcellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brand priorities simultaneouslySharp commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindsetFluent in both Japanese and EnglishPreferred QualificationsFinancial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L data and inform commercial decisionsExperience with data querying tools (e.g. SQL) to extract insights and support strategyStrong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to senior and external audiences Ready to Ride?
