As our Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), you will take the lead in identifying, approaching, and engaging top talent across every function of our global business. You will own your talent pipeline end-to-end, partnering directly with hiring managers to source for our most crucial roles across tech, marketing, sales, operations, and more. This is a high-impact, generalist position where you will shape the future talent base of PERGOLUX and grow into a strategic recruiting partner as the company scales.PERGOLUX designs, manufactures, and sells Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, from pergolas to garden furniture, directly to consumers. Founded in Norway, we are a team of around 300 people generating 9-figure revenue across 8 markets in Europe, Australia, North America, and Latin America, and we are part of our Culture & Talent team.What You'll DoIdentify, engage, and convert top talent through proactive sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and XINGOwn the full candidate research and outreach process, crafting compelling messages and personalized candidate journeysAct as a strategic recruiting partner to multiple hiring teams, collaborating closely to understand role requirements and team needsBuild and maintain talent pools for recurring roles in tech, marketing, sales, operations, and beyondContribute to recruitment analytics and reporting, and represent PERGOLUX at career events, fairs, and networking meetups when neededWhat You'll BringAt least 3 to 4 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on active sourcingStrong command of sourcing strategies, tools, and Boolean search techniques, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, or similar platformsA generalist mindset with the ability to source for diverse functions and seniority levelsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, paired with a self-starter mentality and strong business understandingFluency in English (C1+
