Your mission: drive fleet availability, repair turn-around, cost efficiency, and quality across region — keeping our fleet running smoothly and our operations performing at their best. The role - your passionOwn the Maintenance, Repair and Fleet Transfer budget and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality repairs across the region such as Repair Strategy, Workshop Network, Spare Parts InventoryDefine repair strategies per vehicle based on damage reports and operational priorities.Maintain strong vehicle availability by coordinating workshop capacity, scheduling, and spare parts flow.Build and optimize the internal and external workshop network to improve turnaround times and cost efficiency.Lead and develop fleet teams at the station (technicians, fleet managers, damage detection experts) ensuring consistent performance and technical capability, damage detection rates and sparte parts inventory.Track key KPIs such as repair cost, time, and damage detection accuracy and driving strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement. What You Need To Surf The Wave With UsDegree or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or similar technical fiel
