Professional Full Stack Engineer – PHP/Go + Flutter (Customer Experience) (m/f/x)

Your mission About SIDES Restaurants are where people come together over good food. We build the technology that keeps them running. SIDES is the operating system for hospitality: POS, payments, delivery, kitchen tools, self-order terminals, apps and webshops on one platform. Thousands of restaurants run on it and millions of transactions flow through it every month, peaking on a Friday night when nothing is allowed to fail. Our tech stack: Flutter (mobile & web), Go, PHP, and AWS. Your responsibilities Deliver features end-to-end in a cross-functional team, from ideation and design to implementation, rollout, and operations Work across the entire stack, from backend to frontend Use AI tools (e.g. Claude) responsibly and contribute to best practices within the team Ensure operational quality with a strong focus on performance, security, stability, scalability, and observability Contribute to architectural and design decisions together with the team Collaborate closely with other engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing Follow and contribute to improving standards for testing, code quality, and CI/CD Build clean APIs, well-designed data models, and high-performance user experiences Your profile Qualificiations: Several years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer Strong experience in backend development with PHP and/or Go, combined with hands-on experience in Flutter Ability and willingness to work across both backend (PHP/Go) and frontend (Flutter) as part of a unified stack Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality Solid understanding of MySQL, relational data models, and API design Experience with AWS and containerized deployments; Kubernetes is a plus Good systems thin
