In this position, you will drive the end-to-end craft of building, developing, and deploying high-performance Android components and services. Whilst Android will be your core area of expertise, we’re looking for someone with a curiosity and willingness to work across the wider mobile ecosystem. Experience with, or an openness to working with, frameworks such as React Native and Flutter would be highly valued. You don’t need to be an expert in every framework - we’re interested in developers who have strong engineering fundamentals, can adapt to different technologies and enjoy learning new approaches to solving mobile challenges!Key aspects of the role include:Technical Excellence & Delivery: Designing and delivering end-to-end features and small subsystems; optimising app performance, accessibility, and responsiveness; and being accountable for successful delivery of features.Communication & Stakeholder Management: Explaining technical trade-offs in plain language; and presenting demos confidently to clients and stakeholders to shape tactical direction.Leadership &amp
