Job Description SummaryThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of large, high-visibility, and potentially high-risk GRID high-voltage substation projects within the North America region. Typical project values range from USD 100M to USD 500M and form part of a multi-project portfolio. These projects include engineering, manufacturing, testing, delivery, installation and commissioning of HV equipment produced across multiple GE factories globally.In this role, the Senior PM ensures that scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk are effectively managed, with strong coordination across customers, internal and external teams, and other GE Vernova businesses supporting the same end-customer program. The Senior PM plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience while protecting Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & ExecutionLead end-to-end execution of large HV substation projects from contract award through engineering, manufacturing, FAT, delivery, installation, commissioning, and closeout.Serve as the primary customer-facing leader responsible for overall project performance, communication, and satisfaction.Translate customer requirements into detailed project execution plans; drive all internal stakeholders including engineering, factories, sourcing, and quality to meet contractual milestones.Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring alignment with factory loading, material availability, and customer milestones.Cross-Business & PCO CoordinationRepresent GRID in customer program governance involving multiple GE Vernova businesses (e.g., Gas Power, Grid, etc), ensuring alignment on schedules, interfaces, risks, and reporting.Work closely with the PCO team to ensure unified communication, consolidated risk management, and coordinated delivery of all GE scopes within the overall customer program.Financial & Commercial ManagementResponsible for p
