All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e. private equity/hedge fund), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor single name corporate credit situations in European markets including new issues, distressed, restructuring/re-orgs, and price dislocations in both leveraged loan and high yield markets. Create original, sell-side type content on these topics</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct bottoms-up company research including reviewing earnings releases, reading investor presentations and analyzing regulatory filings</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Moderate teleconferences on timely topics featuring an expert from Guidepoint’s network with the goal of producing actionable insights for buy-side clients</span></li&gt
