Consultant, Advanced Analytics: Embedded Channel

Description Liberty Mutual's Embedded Channel, a quoting experience hosted directly on partner websites, saw millions of quotes in the past year, three times the volume of our call center and LM.com combined. Yet conversion remains low, meaning even a tenth of a percent improvement translates to thousands of additional policies annually. This role is a unique opportunity to be the dedicated advanced analytics expert for a high-growth channel that's still in its early chapters. Launched in 2023, piloted through 2024, and now rapidly scaling with an expanding partner base. You'll work closely with SPG relationship managers and leadership, partner with product teams, and present findings regularly to SPG leadership and their direct reports. The work centers on funnel optimization, A/B testing, and answering critical questions around questionnaire design and underwriting defaults across diverse partner experiences.
