The Senior Manager, Predictive Science & AI - US Commercial will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing of machine learning and AI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the U.S. Commercial organization. This role partners closely with Insights & Analytics, Enterprise Data Management, Information Technology, and Medical Affairs to develop predictive models and analytical solutions that generate actionable insights into patient populations and healthcare provider behavior. The successful candidate brings deep biotech commercial acumen and strong expertise in machine learning and AI to deliver timely, innovative solutions that inform strategic decisions and accelerate commercial growth. This is a hybrid role to the Cambridge, MA office which requires an on-site presence 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities AI & Data Science Leadership Design, develop and validate machine learning and predictive analytics-based solutions supporting U.S. Commercial function.
