We work in two product teams, iGaming and Rewards, supported by platform and infrastructure engineers. We are partway through building a new version of our platform, which makes this the right moment to put quality engineering at the heart of how we deliver.You will lead quality engineering across both product teams. You will guide how we test, build the frameworks and pipelines that make testing fast, and help every engineer take ownership of the quality of their own work.This is a hands-on technical role. Early on you will write a lot of the framework code yourself. Over time your influence will come through the tooling you build and the engineers you coach.What you'll doDefine our test strategy: what we test at unit, integration, contract and end-to-end level, so every team knows where a given test belongs and why.Build and own our automation framework in Playwright and TypeScript, covering web front ends and APIs across both product teams.Make CI feedback fast and trustworthy.Bring our existing end-to-end suite to a healthy state and keep it there as the new platform grows.Coach developers to write and own tests for their own code, through pairing, code review and clear examp
