As a Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault Attorney, you'll manage a diverse caseload involving no-fault claims, arbitrations, and mediations. You'll stay current on evolving laws and regulations to ensure our defense strategies remain effective and compliant. This is a dynamic opportunity to sharpen your litigation skills and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentThis remote-based position requires occasional in-person attendance for court appearances throughout New Jersey, as needed, and participation in monthly or quarterly team events at our Clark, NJ office.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage all aspects of PIP/No-Fault litigation from inception through resolution, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Handle more complex, high-exposure, or contested PIP matters, applying advanced litigation strategy and risk analysis.Conduct SIU Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and prepare detailed reports with a strong focus on fraud indicators, compliance, and litigation risk.Review and analyze new file assignments, assess liability and damages, develop defense strategies, and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with minimal supervision.Conduct Forthright arbitrations and try cases as needed, including preparing witnesses, experts, and clients for testimony.Serve as a key legal advisor to claims professionals by providing strate
