Tasks Data strategy and roadmap: set a practical, prioritised roadmap for data and BI, aligned to business priorities and the wider technology transformation, including the ERP programme Data capability: define the data and BI service the group needs — people, partners, and processes; decide what to deliver in-house, where to hire, and where to buy specialist support; build and lead the team Data platform: design a central data warehouse on the Microsoft data stack and lead its delivery, choosing an architecture that fits our scale and budget while keeping running costs visible and under control Data quality and master data: establish standards, ownership, and governance for key master
