Key Responsibilities EDI Implementation & Project Management Lead the implementation and onboarding of EDI non-core transactions, including:EDI 844 Chargeback ProcessingEDI 849 Chargeback ResponsesEDI 844 ResubmissionsEDI 845 Contract Eligibility & PricingAnalyze client and supplier requirements for the electronic exchange of information and ensure compatibility between internal and external systems.Manage and analyze requests for new EDI projects, interfaces, enhancements, and change requests.Develop and maintain project plans, implementation schedules, risk assessments, and status reporting.Coordinate testing activities, defect resolution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.Partner with EDI IT, Connectivity Support, suppliers, third-party providers, and business stakeholders to resolve implementation and production issues.Participate in post-implementation support and stabilization activities.Monitor implementation milestones and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Business Intelligence & Analytics Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable reporting, dashboards, and visualization solutions.Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, operational gaps, and process improvement initiatives.Develop dashboards and reports utilizing Google Docs, BigQuery, Spanner, Looker
